Salary: $20-25/ Hr + Bonus
Schedule: Monday - Thursday (8 AM - 5 PM), Friday (8 AM - 4 PM)

Strittmatter Wealth Management Group, LLC (SWMG) is a boutique Registered Investment Advisor located in Fort Worth, TX. We have been in business since 2007 and specialize in retirement planning, investment management and business planning to high net worth clients and business owners.
About the Role:
As a Financial Paraplanner (Trainee), you will play a crucial role in supporting our financial advisors and providing exceptional service to our clients. You will be responsible for:
- Financial Data Analysis: Gathering, organizing, and analyzing client financial data, including income, expenses, assets, and liabilities. You will be expected to master our financial planning software and become proficient in data manipulation and interpretation.
- Plan Preparation: Assisting in the development of comprehensive financial plans, including retirement planning, investment strategies, estate planning, and insurance analysis. This requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable recommendations.
- Investment Research: Conducting research on investment products, strategies, and market trends. You will learn to evaluate investment performance and identify opportunities for portfolio optimization.
- Client Communication: Preparing client reports, presentations, and other communication materials. You will interact with clients, answering questions and providing updates on their financial plans.
- Administrative Support: Scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, maintaining client files, scanning, and phones.
- Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency within the paraplanning workflow. We value your input and encourage you to contribute to our continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications:
- A degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field is a plus, but not required.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant with a demonstrable track record of success. Highlight accomplishments and quantifiable results wherever possible.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. We need someone who thrives on accuracy and precision.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You should be comfortable working with numbers and data.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach to work. We are looking for someone who takes initiative and ownership of their responsibilities.
- A desire to learn and grow within the financial planning field. You must be committed to continuous learning and professional development.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- A commitment to providing exceptional client support and follow-through.
- References: A minimum of three professional references required.
