As the Recruiter, you will play an integral part in driving the staffing of a wide range of positions at all levels within The Cheesecake Factory Bakery as well as provide support for the onboarding process of all new hires.

- Be the maestro of our hiring journey by coordinating interviews, ensuring seamless communication between applicants and hiring managers, overseeing reference checks, crafting irresistible offer letters, conducting background checks, and managing all the onboarding paperwork.
- Delve into the treasure trove of applicant resumes within the iCIMS applicant tracking system and resume boards, as you lead the charge in pre-screening.
- Harness your talent-sourcing prowess as you actively seek out passive candidates for both salaried and hourly positions on platforms like LinkedIn and Indeed resume.
- Become a guiding light for applicants, leading them through The Cheesecake Factory's comprehensive hiring process, and making their experience as memorable as our food.
- Promote the employer brand within the community by actively participating in local activities and events.
- Be a key player in our Talent Selection projects, taking the lead or working closely with our talented team members.
- Shape the flow of applicants by forging partnerships with local outreach programs and colleges.
- Be a caring voice during exit interviews, gathering insights on why employees choose different paths, and ensuring their feedback is valued.
- Continue the welcoming experience with our new hires by following up with a 2-Week check-in meeting, ensuring they feel valued from the start.
- Lead the way in our Employee Referral Program, ensuring timely and rewarding payouts.
- 4+ years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- The ability to exert influence, coupled with self-motivation, self-management, within an autonomous work environment.
- Demonstrated ability to cultivate and nurture applicant and hiring manager relationships.
- Must possess excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
- Proven effectiveness in both written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs - specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
