Youth Sports Coach (All Sports) Job at CoachCorner in New York

We are seeking Youth Sports Coaches or versatile sports coaches who can lead and guide a group of young children in various sports activities, such as basketball, baseball, football, volleyball, and soccer. Our locations are spread across NYC and the boroughs.

Schedule:

1. Monday to Friday availability from 2 - 7pm
2. All sports
3. Competitive or non-competitive programs
4. You can work with 10-18 year olds
5. Seasonal and part-time positions
6. Monthly compensation

Job Description:

We are in search of experienced individuals to instruct and organize sports classes and camps for children. The ideal candidate should possess high energy, maintain a positive attitude, and have a genuine passion for making a positive impact on young children's lives through sports. Compensation will be determined based on experience and credentials from recognized sports governing bodies or nationally accredited institutions.

Responsibilities:

1. Introduce innovative techniques during practice sessions.
2. Coach players on the fundamentals of basketball (and/or soccer and other sports).
3. Enhance players' skills both on and off the field.
4. Serve as a mentor for young athletes.

Ideal Coach Qualities:

Punctuality, ability to engage with children, willingness to follow instructions, efficient check-in of students, time management, classroom management skills, and ability to create a fun learning environment.
