Process Technician - 3rd Shift

Base pay range

$26.00/hr - $29.00/hr

Job Responsibilities

• The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three (3) years of successful injection mold processing experience in a manufacturing environment.
• The individual in this role will be responsible for analyzing, improving, and adjusting the molding machine processes to maximize cost, quality, and throughput of molding operations, by establishing process control guidelines.
• Candidates must be knowledgeable in troubleshooting molding processes to maintain consistent quality output.

Job Qualifications

• 3 or more years of "hands-on" processing and troubleshooting injection molding equipment.
• Mold design best practices experience is required.
• Large part injection molding experience is ideal.
• Light maintenance experience is needed.
• Ability to maintain regular, predictable, and punctual attendance.
• Computer usage and typing skills are essential; experience with Microsoft Suite is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs., climb a ladder up to 15 ft., and walk and stand during entire shift.
• Regular and prompt attendance at work.
• Interacting with clients and coworkers; professional and respectful.
• Overtime and rotating shift, where applicable.
