Job Description:
The State of Virginia is seeking a
Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer
with expertise in
Microsoft’s Power Platform , including
Dynamics 365, PowerApps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse . The ideal candidate should have strong experience in
customization, configuration, development, deployment, and troubleshooting of Dynamics 365 solutions . Responsibilities:
Develop and customize
Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement – Customer Service Module . Configure and implement
Dynamics 365 components , including
Forms, Views, Plug-Ins, Workflows, and BPFs . Design and develop web components using
.NET, SQL, Azure, Power Platform, and C# . Troubleshoot and resolve
Dynamics 365 issues
and collaborate with system administrators. Define best practices for
business solutions and governance
of Power Platform. Prepare
mockups/prototypes
and recommend Power Platform solutions based on requirements. Act as a liaison between
IT and business units
to resolve issues and optimize Dynamics 365 solutions. Utilize
DevOps for Power Platform
(Power Pipelines/ALM Accelerator). Perform
data integrations and migrations
using
ADF & SSIS Packages . Document solutions, conduct testing, and provide technical support. Skill Matrix:
