Position Summary
The HR Generalist will serve as a key contributor in managing daily HR operations across a variety of functions. This role involves supporting recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and development initiatives. The ideal candidate will be versatile, detail-oriented, and capable of working collaboratively with management and staff to address diverse HR needs. Responsibilities
Responsible for recruitment and onboarding. Employee relations and engagement. Benefits and compensation administration. Compliance and HR policy management. HR administration and reporting. Who Are You?
10+ years of progressive HR operations experience, in a generalist role, preferable within financial services or a highly regulated industry. Sound knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements. Experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and HR reporting. Strong interpersonal and communications skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the organization. Proficiency with HRIS and common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite). Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus. Experience within credit union or financial services industry is an advantage. Why Join Us?
