The General Manager directs and oversees the overall operations and site management of the Distribution Center(s) in their Hometown. The GM is accountable for business results including sales execution and operational costs. Responsible for creating an environment of engagement, collaboration, and teamwork on the job and in the community with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion. Job Responsibilities

Responsible for execution of the commercial plan in all channels including Convenience, Grocery, Retail, and On-Premise within designated territory. Coordinates key performance metrics such as meeting sales plan and budgets. Manage operational cost performance. Accountable for expenses vs budget. Collaborate with the Business Process group utilizing them as subject matter experts. Overall responsibility for headcount staffing, monitoring overtime and turnover. Update weekly CRAFT forecasts, execute product launches, and measure penetration. Collaborate in the development and execution of the annual business plan. Utilize the P&L to identify areas of focus and take appropriate action. Collaborate with external companies including Coca-Cola North America, Cross Franchise, Monster Energy Company, and Body Armor. Ensure collaboration with internal functions including Revenue Growth Management, Commercial, and the Channel Directors. Build strong teams by establishing vision, holding team members accountable, offering sufficient resources and autonomy, communicating effectively, ensuring trust, and developing future talent. Drive the continuous growth of our brand with key stakeholders by providing opportunities for employees to get involved in the community. Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of three years of work experience required, or minimum of seven years of progressive job experience, including people management, multi-level communication, and leadership required. Master’s Degree preferred. Experience managing and directing a team in sales and logistics required. Prior progressive experience in logistics and financial management with the ability to interpret profit and loss statements. Knowledge of sales management (trade promotion and pricing, category management, value chains distribution/channels) and the ability to apply marketing strategies to sales. Brand and customer management required. Leadership through organizational influence, strong communication skills and consensus building skills are required. Strong presentation skills, results driven focus, and ability to prioritize required. Beverage/Consumer Goods experience preferred; knowledge of retail industry related to various channels of distribution preferred. Ability to effectively network across functions to positively influence outcomes. Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams. Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, driving record within policy guidelines.
