Established in 2006, we are a seafood importing, exporting, and sales enterprise serving a diverse customer base, including foodservice providers, distributors, retail chains, and restaurants. We conduct direct sales across the United States, Canada, Mexico, Latin America, China, and Europe. Currently, we source, process, and distribute over 30,000 tons annually of frozen and fresh seafood. From its inception, the organization has prioritized sustainability, earning certification in 2021 for the Marine Stewardship Council (MSC) and Aquaculture Stewardship Council (ASC) Chain of Custody Standards. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive national growth. Manage key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. Expand revenue by securing new business opportunities. Negotiate contracts and pricing with distributors, brokers, and retail partners. Foster strong relationships with clients and industry stakeholders. Collaborate with internal teams to optimize offerings and streamline operations. Represent Lotus Seafood at trade shows, events, and client meetings. Monitor industry trends and market conditions to identify opportunities. Qualifications

Extensive seafood industry experience with deep market knowledge. Proven success managing $10M+ annual sales accounts. Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Strategic planning and business development expertise. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience preferred. Interested in hearing more?
