This is a full-time role for a Law Firm COO. The COO will be responsible for: Overseeing day-to-day operations Hiring A+ team members, business planning Financial management, budgeting Collaborating with the firm's attorneys and staff to ensure efficient operations, strategic planning, and financial success. The COO will also have the flexibility to work remotely for a portion of the week, while being primarily located in Forest Hills, NY. Qualifications
Business Planning and Operations Management skills Finance and Budgeting expertise Experience in the legal industry, particularly in personal injury law Strong leadership skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Attention to detail in strong organizational skills Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field Personal Injury law firm C Suite experience goes to the top of the stack Compensation
