Handle a diverse caseload, including pre-trial motions, trial preparation, and post-conviction appeals. Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to optimize case outcomes. Engage in client consultations and maintain strong attorney-client relationships. Mentor junior attorneys and legal staff, helping to build a strong team dynamic. Stay updated on developments in criminal law and legal technology to improve firm processes. Requirements
10 years of experience in criminal defense law. Active membership with the California State Bar. Extensive experience in all phases of criminal defense, including trial and post-conviction procedures. Strong ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Education
J.D. from an accredited law school. Certifications
Active California State Bar License. Skills
Expertise in criminal law, particularly in defense strategies and litigation. Strong legal research and writing abilities. Leadership and team collaboration skills. Ability to handle complex and high-stakes legal matters with professionalism. Proficiency in case management and legal software.
