Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
to lead our financial strategy, optimize capital structure, and drive growth. Job Summary The
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of Raven3 Real Estate LLC, ensuring profitability, financial sustainability, and strategic growth. This role will involve capital raising, financial reporting, risk management, and investor relations. The CFO will work closely with the CEO and executive team to develop financial strategies that align with the company's investment goals. Key Responsibilities Strategic Financial Leadership Develop and implement
financial strategies
to support business expansion and profitability. Provide
financial forecasting, risk management, and investment planning
to optimize company performance. Lead
capital raising efforts
(debt and equity financing) to fuel growth. Evaluate
M&A opportunities , joint ventures, and strategic partnerships. Identify and secure
financing from investors, private equity firms, and institutional lenders . Manage the company's
capital structure, cash flow, and debt strategy . Optimize the
financial terms of real estate acquisitions and development projects . Financial Operations & Compliance Oversee
financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting . Ensure compliance with
GAAP, tax regulations, and real estate industry standards . Implement
cost control measures
to improve operational efficiency. Work with legal and tax advisors to develop
optimal tax strategies . Investor Relations & Reporting Prepare and present financial reports to
investors, stakeholders, and board members . Develop and maintain
strong relationships with lenders, financial institutions, and capital partners . Communicate financial performance and investment returns to
current and prospective investors . Build and lead a
high-performing finance team . Establish best practices for
accounting, financial analysis, and risk management . Foster a culture of
transparency, accountability, and financial discipline . Qualifications & Requirements – Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Education & Certifications Bachelor’s degree
in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (required). Master’s degree (MBA)
in Finance, Real Estate, or Business Administration (preferred). Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
or
Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)
is a plus. Experience 10+ years of experience
in real estate finance, private equity, investment banking, or related fields. Strong background in
capital raising, structured finance, and investor relations . Proven track record in capital raising , including debt and equity financing for real estate projects. Experience managing
financial operations, risk assessment, and investor relations
in a real estate investment company. Hands-on experience in
real estate financial modeling, underwriting, and deal structuring . Strong knowledge of
tax-efficient real estate investment strategies
and
real estate asset management . Experience working with
institutional investors, family offices, hedge funds, and private lenders . Technical Skills Advanced proficiency in
financial modeling, forecasting, and underwriting . Expertise in
real estate investment analysis, portfolio management, and capital markets . Strong understanding of
GAAP, tax regulations, and financial compliance
for real estate firms. Proficiency in
Excel, QuickBooks, Appfolio, Argus, and other financial reporting tools . Leadership & Business Acumen Ability to develop and execute
long-term financial strategies
to support business growth. Strong leadership skills to
build, mentor, and manage a high-performing finance team . Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills with
lenders, investors, and stakeholders . Ability to thrive in a
