Job Description – Senior/ Account Manager


Summary

Goertek is seeking experienced Senior/Account Managers to join our team in Santa Clara, CA office focusing on consumer electronics products. This role is responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives to drive business growth and enhance customer satisfaction. This job description reflects management’s assignment of essential functions; it does not prescribe or restrict other tasks that may be assigned.


Responsibilities

  • Developing ODM/JDM/CM business and generating leads to achieve the sales goals.
  • Collecting the requirements from customers and responding to new products’ RFI/RFP/RFQ.
  • Developing sales strategies based on customers’ needs, market research and competitive analysis.
  • Expanding business relationships with key accounts and potential customers for partnerships.
  • Working with cross-functional teams to bridge both customers and internal support teams.



Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree is required. MBA is a plus.
  • 8+ years of sales experience and 3+ years of project management experience.
  • Must have experience handling tier-one customers in a consumer electronics high-tech environment.
  • Manufacturing or business operations experience at leading OEM/ODM/CM is a plus.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships.
  • Experience responding RFQ and negotiating on NRE quotation also business agreements is required.
  • Motivation for sales and strong organizational skills with ability to lead multiple projects.
  • Strong presentation, oral/written communication, analytical skills and attention to details.
  • Fluent in conversational Mandarin is highly desired.
  • The base pay range for this role is between $127,029.00 to $177,840.00 annually and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
