Position Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven National Sales Manager to lead sales efforts for our flooring solutions in the Trailer, OEM, and RV industries. The ideal candidate has strong B2B sales experience, particularly in manufacturing or automotive sectors, and a deep understanding of the flooring industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share and target new opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a consultative partner.
- Monitor market trends, share insights with product and marketing teams, and present sales forecasts.
- Lead negotiations on complex contracts and manage pricing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and attend industry events to generate leads.
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge and provide feedback for product improvements.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 5-7 years in B2B sales, ideally in the trailer, OEM, and RV industries.
- Skills: Strong sales skills, leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in CRM software and MS Excel.
- Travel: Willingness to travel nationwide.
- Preferred: Established industry network.
