We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team at Bel Haven in West Chester, OH. In this role, you will oversee residential construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet quality, budget, and timeline expectations while maintaining the highest safety standards. You will collaborate closely with project managers, designers, and subcontractors to deliver outstanding homes to our clients.

• Oversee all aspects of home construction, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Manage construction schedules, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure efficient workflow.
• Enforce safety regulations and company policies, fostering a culture of workplace safety.
• Review and interpret plans, specifications, and contract documents accurately.
• Monitor project costs, manage budgets, and optimize resources.
• Conduct site inspections, address issues proactively, and implement solutions efficiently.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning regulations, and permitting requirements.

✅ Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a Construction Superintendent or in a related leadership role.

✅ Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction techniques, materials, and best practices. ✅ Leadership Skills: Ability to lead teams, resolve conflicts, and drive projects to successful completion.

✅ Technical Expertise: Proficiency in reviewing blueprints, plans, and contract documents.
