Job Summary

As a Recruiting Manager, you will be responsible for Technology or Marketing & Creative recruitment efforts. Your key responsibilities include developing and growing a client base, establishing new business opportunities, and introducing our services through video, telephone, and in-person meetings with new and existing clients. You will help expand the utilization of our services, recruit, evaluate, and place top technology and creative professionals in full-time positions with our clients.


You will be delivering exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates, providing consistent communication and career guidance, and collaborating closely with both technology and creative teams to meet client needs. Additionally, you will participate in industry trade associations and community events to increase our visibility and presence in the local market.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead recruitment efforts for technology or marketing/creative professionals, as well as marketing and creative talent, across various industries.
  • Develop and nurture client relationships to understand their staffing needs in technology, marketing, and creative domains.
  • Source, recruit, and place top candidates for client positions in technology or marketing/creative roles.
  • Utilize innovative recruitment strategies, including leveraging marketing techniques to attract top talent for both fields.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews and skills assessments to match the right talent with client needs.
  • Advise clients on hiring strategies and market trends in technology or marketing/creative sectors.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand client needs and deliver tailored staffing solutions.
  • Provide candidates with career guidance, coaching, and feedback throughout the hiring process.
  • Promote our services through marketing materials, social media, and networking events to attract both clients and candidates.
  • Represent the company at industry trade events and local community initiatives to build brand presence.

Qualifications:

  • A computer science, marketing, or creative field-related degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in the IT or marketing and creative recruitment field.
  • A proven track record of success in permanent placement recruitment.
  • Ability to manage and grow business through leveraging technology and tools.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • High sense of urgency, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work across a variety of industries and job functions within technology or marketing/creative sectors.
