Sales Manager at Blue Wireless
For the development of our customer base and revenue in the Americas region Blue Wireless is looking for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager is reporting to Managing Director for Americas region and lead a small team of sales staff. Key goal is to grow long-term profitable revenue for Blue Wireless from both direct customers and indirect channels, from existing contracts and new business. Responsibilities are to be reviewed regularly but at start include the following items:
So, what will be on your plate? (key responsibilities)
Sales Development
- Develop and maintain a business development plan for Americas region
- Create strategies to develop and grow existing accounts and relationships
- Develop and Maintain relationships with key decision makers
- Work with marketing and other functions on lead generation
Sales Management
- Hands on team leadership of 2-3 sales staff, coach, motivate and mentor team members
- Manage sales goals and individual quotas, forecasts, planning and revenues
Revenue & Base Management
- Responsibility for existing customer base, ensuring revenue, profitability, customer satisfaction
- Working with other team members on customer success, collections, technical support etc.
Partner Relations
- Maintain relations with different technology- and industry partners, such as Starlink and Cradlepoint
- Develop joint campaigns and leverage their organization where possible
If you-
- have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- have at least 4 years industry related sales management experience
- have a strong communication and interpersonal skills
- have a proven knowledge and execution of successful sales development strategies
- are focused and goal-oriented
