Production Planner

Accentuate Staffing is assisting a growing manufacturer of industrial equipment parts who is hiring a Production Planner with Engineered To Order (ETO) experience to join their team. This is a direct hire opportunity working 7:30am-4:30pm Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities:

• Production Planner will schedule, create, and execute material supply plan and order shipment forecasts
• Planner will manage material requirement planning schedules
• Planner will work with Supply Chain to evaluate material shortages and ensure on time delivery of purchased material
• Planner will communicate with customers of delivery schedule changes and coordinate any expediting actions
• Planner will be responsible for ERP system accuracy , maintaining correct BOM structures, accurate production routings, transaction, and inventory

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 3 plus years Materials and Production Planning background
• Bachelors degree in engineering, operations, or business related field a plus: Associates degree in a related field required
• Candidates must have a solid knowledge of Material Requirements Planning and Master Production Scheduling
• Experience working with SAP preferred
• APICS Certification or Planning and Inventory Management Certification a plus
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Principles a plus
