Job Overview: We are looking for a dependable Warehouse Associate to join our team in Gastonia, NC! This candidate needs to speak both English and Spanish. This position involves a variety of tasks such as maintaining inventory, organizing shipments, and fulfilling orders. This is a full time, first shift position. If you speak both Spanish and English and are comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, we want to hear from you!



Key Responsibilities:



Receiving & Processing Shipments

  • Unload and unpack incoming shipments.
  • Verify accuracy and check for damage.
  • Label and store products in designated areas.

Inventory Management

  • Maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Report any discrepancies or damages.
  • Restock shelves and ensure products are available.

Order Fulfillment

  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
  • Scan barcodes and check order accuracy.
  • Print and apply shipping labels.

Warehouse Operations

  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment.
  • Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and safe.
  • Follow all safety protocols and procedures.

Other Duties

  • Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
  • Participate in inventory counts.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.



Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bilingual: Able to communicate in both Spanish and English.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
  • Attention to Detail: Accuracy is key in managing inventory and fulfilling orders.
  • Organization: Ability to keep the warehouse clean and well-organized.
  • Team Player: Ability to work well with others in a team environment.
  • Communication: Clear communication with team members and supervisors.
  • Equipment Experience: Forklift, pallet jack, and warehouse equipment experience.
  • Basic Computer Skills: Use of scanning equipment and warehouse management systems.
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
