Responsibilities:
*Strategic Leadership and Execution
*Collaborate with the CEO and CTO to define and execute the company’s strategic vision.
*Ensure cross-functional alignment and accountability on high-priority goals.
*Track and support the execution of key initiatives, keeping leadership focused on impact.
*Team Building and Support
*Lead hiring efforts to build a high-performing team across operations, legal, and business development.
*Mentor and support teams to foster a collaborative, innovative, and results-driven culture.
*Identify resourcing gaps and ensure teams have the tools and support they need to succeed.
*Operational Excellence
*Design and optimize workflows to enhance productivity and scalability.
*Implement systems for continuous improvement and streamline execution across teams.
*Develop and track operational metrics to measure performance and identify improvements.
*Legal and Compliance
*Review, negotiate, and finalize contracts with partners and service providers.
*Work with external counsel to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and security requirements.
*Monitor emerging regulations and risks in decentralized AI, proactively adjusting policies.
*Stakeholder Engagement
*Build strong relationships with investors, partners, customers, and collaborators.
*Serve as a primary point of contact for external inquiries and partnerships.
*Financial Management
*Collaborate with the fractional CFO on budgeting and resource allocation.
*Contribute to fundraising strategies and investor relations to support company growth.
*Risk Management
*Identify and mitigate operational, technical, and regulatory risks.
*Implement robust protocols to safeguard data, intellectual property, and system integrity.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as Chief of Staff, operations leader, or similar role in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment.
* Strong track record of aligning teams to execute ambitious goals at scale.
* Experience with hiring, team development, and fostering high-performing teams.
* Expertise in operational design, legal compliance, and contract negotiation.
* Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to balance competing priorities.
* Business acumen with experience in financial management and fundraising.
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, including executive-level reporting.
