Your Responsibilities:
As an LPN at La Villa Grande Care Center, you will play a crucial role in a compassionate team devoted to enriching our residents' lives. Your responsibilities will include:
Carefully monitoring residents' conditions, creating a safe and reassuring environment
Performing routine checks of residents' vital signs with an emphasis on their comfort
Assisting residents with medication adherence, building trust and reliability
Collaborating effectively with RNs and other healthcare professionals
Building rapport with residents' families to support open communication and community
Qualifications:
Must possess a valid, unrestricted LPN license
A compassionate and nurturing demeanor
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Basic computer proficiency
