Job Summary:
As a Graphic Designer, you will support the Marketing team in creating digital and print assets for marketing campaigns, branding initiatives, and client projects. This role is ideal for a proactive creative thinker with a strong eye for design, typography, and layout, eager to develop their skills in a collaborative environment. Must be able to conceptualize and improvise when all creative details are not supplied by internal clients.
Key Responsibilities: Design and produce marketing materials, including social media graphics, email templates, web assets, presentations, and print collateral. Assist in creating and refining branding elements such as logos, typography, and color palettes. Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to conceptualize and execute design solutions that align with brand guidelines. Support the development of website and digital media designs, ensuring responsiveness and user-friendly interfaces. Edit and retouch images for campaigns, products, and promotional materials. Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Stay updated with design trends and industry best practices. Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with Figma or Canva. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory. Ability to take creative direction and incorporate feedback effectively. Strong organizational and time management skills. Portfolio demonstrating creative design work (required).
