Position: Technology Business Analyst - Digital/MarTech

FLSA: Exempt (not eligible for overtime)

Schedule: This full-time position will work from the Augustine Institute headquarters in Florissant, MO.

Reporting to: VP of Technology

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Technology Business Analyst to join our Technology team. The ideal candidate will help transform our Digital and Martech business and technology strategies to implementations. This role works with various stakeholders to analyze business requirements, develop business models, and provide strategic technology recommendations to support the Institute's goals.

Our Technology team drives industry-leading solutions to help Catholics understand, live, and share their faith in engaging and enduring ways.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the analysis and documentation of business requirements to ensure alignment with company objectives and business strategies. Oversee the entire requirement lifecycle management process from initial gathering to final implementation. Maintain and improve business analysis processes and standards based on industry best practices. Develop business models and forecasts and analyze trends to support strategic planning and decision-making. Collaborate with various departments to understand their systems, processes, and , requirements. Lead and/or support the evaluation and implementation of feature requests for software platforms Assist in the selection of new software by collaborating with various departments to understand their requirements, evaluating options, making recommendations, and receiving approval from stakeholders. Assist in the implementation of new software by setting them up according to specifications, training users, and sunsetting old tools. Monitor, maintain, and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions to ensure they meet objectives. Manage various solutions, multi-channel digital platforms, eCommerce, MarTech, CRM etc, and oversee content migration, quality assurance, and updates to ensure an engaging customer's experiences and alignment with business goals. Serve as the subject matter expert for various software platforms and tools used by the organization. Assist in project management tasks including documentation, timelines, and deliverables. Help define platform goals and roadmaps Coach and mentor team members

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Commerce, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in business analysis or a similar role. Experiences in digital solutions, such as, Hubspot, Salesforce, Big Commerce, Shopify, Google Analytics etc.. Experiences in Mobile, Web, and other multi-channel solutions. Experiences in UI/UX, user journey mapping, user persona definition etc. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, PowerBI, Domo). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience in the education or non-profit sector is a plus. Familiarity with the Catholic faith and its teachings is preferred. Necessary Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Ability to quickly respond to changes in business scenarios, projects and resources - adapting accordingly and positively. Proven past in technical and engineering project delivery. Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to perform stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, lifting, typing and use of office equipment, talking, hearing, seeing, and repetitive motions.
