Residential Sales Specialist

JANUS et Cie, a reputable, design-focused leader in the furniture industry is currently seeking a Residential Sales Specialist for our Coral Gables showroom. Experience in B2B sales with a love for luxury goods and services is desired. This position is based in our Coral Gables, FL showroom. RESPONSIBILITIES: Developing and delivering presentations to architects, designers, purchasing agents and owner’s representatives in the residential sector Selling within the Residential market sector Generating solutions and quotes for clients Creating and closing sales Prospecting new accounts Managing current accounts to ensure company and client satisfaction Handling day-to-day customer care together with your back up team QUALIFICATIONS: Previous sales experience with luxury products is a plus Highly organized and detail-oriented Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese preferred Self-motivated with a sense of urgency Strong computer skills including Microsoft suite of programs (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) REFLECTS OUR BRAND VALUES: We listen to our Customers We rely on our Members We honor Integrity We lead with Design We create Value We make the World Better SENIORITY LEVEL:
