Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst with expertise in advanced Excel and Smartsheet. This role will provide essential support to the Senior Manager of Fulfillment Systems and the Senior Manager of Field Logistics, focusing on streamlining the monthly dashboard process, applying validation rules to detect anomalies in data sets, creating macros/VBA to streamline redundancies and transitioning Excel-based dashboards to Smartsheet dashboards.
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented data professional with strong collaboration skills and the ability to work cross-functionally within the Supply Chain team. They should be comfortable handling large datasets, ensuring data integrity, and enhancing reporting efficiencies.

Required Skills & Experience
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, enhance, and migrate Excel-based dashboards to Smartsheet dashboards.
Develop and maintain VBA macros in Excel to automate data collection, cleaning, and reporting.
Identify and correct inconsistencies, duplicates, and errors in datasets.
Implement automated scripts to flag and correct data quality issues.
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize the monthly dashboard process and develop automated data entry and retrieval systems.
Perform data validation across multiple platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Export, edit, and analyze reports from Salesforce to support business needs.
Navigate various Vendor portals with different user experiences (UX) to extract and verify data.
Work cross-functionally with the Supply Chain team to support reporting and analytics.
Basic Qualifications:
Advanced proficiency in Excel, including VBA/Macro development, Power Query, Pivot Tables, and complex formulas.
Strong knowledge of SQL for querying and managing large datasets.
Familiarity with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and integrating data from multiple sources.
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data inconsistencies.
Analytical mindset to interpret trends and patterns from large datasets.
Strong experience in Smartsheet, including dashboard creation and workflow automation.
Familiarity with Salesforce reporting and the ability to export and manipulate reports.
Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work effectively cross-functionally
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience with data analysis, visualization, and communication, with prior work experience strongly preferred.
Experience in Supply Chain / Data Analytics/ Project Management preferred.
