Job Description
Education/Training/Experience:
- High school graduate or equivalent required.
- Training in an accredited hospital pharmacy technician-training program or equivalent experience.
- Computer proficiency required Certification through PTCB is required within 12 months of hire. (Exception: enrolled in an ACPE accredited pharmacy school program with pharmacy intern registration in Pennsylvania)
Licenses/Certifications:
- Certification through PTCB preferred.
Physical Demand Analysis:
- On feet most of day. Standing for extensive periods, walking, lifting up to 50lbs, pushing up to 100lbs.
- requires visual and hearing acuity, fine manual dexterity, works in climate controlled interior environment.
