Empties trash containers by removing trash and replacing trash bags.
Cleans hard and soft surfaces (e.g., desks, countertops) by dusting, wiping, and sanitizing.
Cleans floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, waxing, polishing, buffing, vacuuming, and picking up trash.
Cleans furniture and fixtures by dusting, wiping, and polishing.
Cleans glass surfaces (e.g., windows, glass doors) by using sponges and wipes.
Restocks supplies (e.g., toilet papers, paper towels, soap) by refilling items.
Mixes cleaning solutions by combining solutions and water according to instructions.
Reports building maintenance or repair needs (e.g., burned-out light bulbs, leaking faucets and valves, clogged restroom fixtures and drains, inoperable doors, locks, and latches, etc.) by informing supervisor (e.g., orally communicates to supervisor).

LICENSE:
A valid California Class C Driver License or the ability to utilize an alternative method of transportation when needed to carry out job-related essential functions.
PHYSICAL CLASS:3 - Moderate: This class requires that the incumbent stand or walk most of the time with bending, stooping, squatting, twisting, reaching, working on irregular surfaces, occasional lifting of objects weighing over 25 pounds, and frequent lifting of 10-25 pounds.
