Leisure Village West Association is looking for a Carpenter / House Maintenance Mechanic to join our team.
Work will include laminating, installation, and some machine operation.
Applicant must have five years minimum of carpentry experience.
Ideal candidate will have experience in multiple trades, strong customer service skills, and the ability to complete projects on budget. This position is year-round in a Union shop.
Experience working with Azek or similar materials is a plus. Health insurance included along with dental and vision.
