Diamond Bar, CA – In-Office Daily Our client, SEMA, is looking for a Membership Growth Director to lead initiatives that drive membership acquisition, engagement, and retention. Membership Growth Director , you will develop and execute strategies to expand and retain SEMA’s membership base. You’ll analyze industry trends, create data-driven acquisition programs, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance membership value and engagement. Your role will also involve overseeing digital marketing campaigns, managing vendor partnerships, and attending industry events to promote SEMA’s mission and offerings. Responsibilities include: Developing and executing

strategic membership growth initiatives Analyzing

market trends and competitor offerings

to identify new opportunities Leading

membership acquisition campaigns

and onboarding new members Implementing programs that

enhance the member experience

and improve retention Building relationships with key industry stakeholders and external partners Overseeing

digital marketing efforts

for member recruitment and engagement Collaborating with internal teams to align membership strategies with company goals Managing

budget and performance metrics , reporting insights to leadership Representing SEMA at

industry events and trade shows

to promote membership Managing vendor agreements and partnership programs to increase membership value Requirements and Qualifications: 7+ years of experience

in membership development, business growth, or association management Bachelor’s degree in

business, marketing, or a related field

(preferred) Experience with

CRM systems, association management software, and digital marketing platforms Strong

strategic thinking, analytical, and communication skills Ability to

build and maintain industry relationships

to drive membership growth Willingness to travel up to

20%
