We are looking for a high-performing Director of Builder Sales to join our team. The Director of Builder Sales will focus on business development activities targeting national and regional home builders. This position will work alongside the local leadership team to mentor and train our Builder Account Managers for continual improvement. A successful candidate will be self-motivated and thrive in a fast-paced working environment. Primary Responsibilities: Work closely with local branch leadership to mentor and coach Builder Account Managers Analyze market trends and plan sales strategies accordingly Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients Establish and adjust selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand Work collaboratively with the sales and operations teams to foster a culture of continuous process improvement National and local representation at industry association and client events Desired Skills and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field Minimum of 3 years sales experience with a track record of proven success Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Must have the ability to create and execute a strategic approach to selling to builder accounts Strong customer service mentality is a must Solid working knowledge of the builder industry Ability to travel Salary & Benefits: Competitive base plus bonus 401k with company contribution of $0.50 on the dollar up to 6% for matching First year 12 days paid time off, after second year 18 days paid time off Medical paid by employer at 75% Great corporate culture and working environment Seniority level:
