Compass Associates are delighted to be assisting a respected and established behavioral health provider in search of an Executive Director in North Carolina. This facility is designed for adults within inpatient and residential care, offering evidence-based therapies such as dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and family-based treatment (FBT). The team ensures a compassionate and supportive culture for those in their care, emphasizing family involvement to ensure successful recovery. Responsibilities

Oversee the operations of the facility, ensuring access to high-quality care. Work closely with Human Resources on recruitment, team development, mentoring, and staff reviews. Line manage up to 5 members of staff. Provide supervision and consultation to ensure quality and expertise. Manage program expansion, waiting lists, and service delivery to optimize efficiency. Collaborate with sales and outreach teams. Criteria

Must be or have been an Executive Director or CEO within behavioral health. Essential experience within behavioral health. Exceptional management, leadership, and communication skills. Flexibility as needed. Confidence in providing support, guidance, and coaching to your team. Experience with budgets. Compensation Package

Salary is between $120,000-$135,000, plus bonus. A relocation allowance can be provided. Employee benefits include: 401(k) matching up to 50% of your contribution, up to 6% of your compensation.
