Our client is adding a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to their existing SAP implementation team. We’re looking for candidates with extensive experience in SAP Finance, particularly in Order to Cash (OTC) processes and its integration with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. This role requires a strong understanding of business processes related to order processing, field inventory, invoicing, and ERP/CRM integrations. Candidates must possess the ability to learn quickly and efficiently support defect resolution, backlog grooming, test script creation, and execution. Key Responsibilities: Business Analysis & Requirement Gathering

Engage with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements related to SAP OTC and CRM integration. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into functional specifications. Work closely with Finance, Sales, and IT teams to identify process improvement opportunities.

SAP Finance (OTC) & CRM Integration Support

Act as the SME for SAP OTC processes and integration with CRM (e.g., Salesforce.com or other CRM platforms). Provide expertise in Order-to-Cash lifecycle, including order management, pricing, billing, and collections. Ensure seamless data flow between SAP Finance and CRM systems, addressing any data inconsistencies or integration challenges. Support defect triaging and resolution efforts by working with development teams and business users. Maintain and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with product owners and stakeholders. Analyze reported defects, perform root cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions.

Testing & Quality Assurance

Develop and execute comprehensive test scripts for functional, regression, and UAT testing. Collaborate with QA teams to ensure test coverage across SAP and CRM functionalities. Validate system enhancements, upgrades, and patches to maintain system stability and accuracy.

Documentation & Training

Develop user stories, process flows, and detailed documentation for business and technical audiences. Create training materials and provide end-user support to facilitate system adoption. Maintain documentation of system configurations, integration points, and process changes.

Required Qualifications & Skills: 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with significant exposure to SAP Finance modules, particularly in OTC. Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash processes, including order management, invoicing, and revenue recognition. Experience integrating SAP Finance with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred but not required). Proficiency in ERP/CRM systems, with a strong preference for SAP and Salesforce.com. Ability to write and execute test scripts, conduct UAT, and support defect resolution. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience working in Agile environments and participating in backlog grooming and sprint planning. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Medical Device manufacturing or other regulated industries. Familiarity with Field Inventory Management processes. EIM Preferred. Knowledge of SAP SD, MM, or integration with external financial systems. Hands-on experience with JIRA or similar defect tracking tools. Seniority level
