How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Mid-level certifications in OEM training programs College or associate degree Detailed understanding of federal contracting and acquisition vehicles Experience in capturing large multi-year IT annuity contracts Ability to navigate public sources to identify government solicitations and opportunities
