Field Sales Representative
for
Anytime Seltzer , you will lead the charge in expanding our on- and off-premise presence across Washington, DC. This role is ideal for a results-oriented professional passionate about sales and experienced in the beverage and hemp industries. You’ll collaborate with our executive team to execute strategies that position Anytime as a pioneer in the THC seltzer movement. Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the assigned territory. Secure new accounts through placements, revenue growth, and event activations. Gather insights from customers and the market to inform product development, marketing strategies, and operational improvements. Partner with distributor field sales teams to execute objectives and schedule market work/ride-alongs. Participate in weekly sales calls to share successes, challenges, and align with company strategies. Provide monthly sales updates, identifying growth opportunities and challenges to drive brand performance. Amplify brand visibility through social media posts, local events, and grassroots campaigns, aligning with company values and compliance guidelines. Event Activations Organize and execute in-store sampling and demonstrations to encourage product trials. Research and identify local events for brand activations and coordinate participation. Requirements 21+ years old High School Diploma or GED preferred. 2+ years in beverage or cannabis sales; prior sales experience preferred. Proficient in Google Suite, Microsoft Suite, and collaboration tools. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and set up/take down event materials. Reliable car with valid license, registration, and insurance. Self-starter with strong initiative and follow-through. Adaptable, resourceful problem solver who thrives in ambiguity. Able to analyze opportunities and execute goals efficiently.
