3 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants Salary: Commensurate with Experience/Education Reports To: Vice President, Site Operations SUMMARY : The primary responsibilities for this role are to oversee the day-to-day functioning of the training program. This includes managing student progress toward successful outcomes and providing knowledge about students to help staff ensure optimal engagement of every student. Experience working with autistic adults is highly desirable. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : Working closely with the Vice President of Site Operations and program staff, oversee implementation and delivery of the training program within the site, including continual assessment of each student’s progress, establishing accommodations as needed to ensure each student is progressing successfully. As needed, assist with work-readiness and social skills instruction during each term. Work closely with the Outreach Coordinator to assist with the intake process for onboarding new students. Primary liaison for communicating with families, staff and students about progress, goals and training needs. Working with program staff, oversee scheduling for each term. Manage site advising processes. Assist with collection and management of data for reporting crew progress and outcomes. Other duties may be assigned as needed. QUALIFICATIONS: Preferred; master’s degree, preferably in area supporting mental health, disability or education (e.g., LPC, MSW, M.Ed., SLP) Minimum, 3 years’ experience in field related to disability, non-profit management, or education Preferred; experience working with the autism community, families and/or individuals on the autism spectrum Excellent organizational skills; ability to prioritize and meet deadlines Exceptional communication skills; must be able synthesize information quickly and disseminate effectively to various groups. nonPareil is a nonprofit organization with a passion for helping build better futures for adults with autism.
