Channel Sales Account Executive , you will be at the forefront of building and nurturing relationships with referral partners, helping us expand our reach across diverse industries. Unlike traditional AE roles, this position is relationship-focused, blending elements of account management and business development. You'll drive new business by identifying, onboarding, and enabling partners, while also leveraging inbound interest in becoming a partner. What Makes This Role Unique

Responsibilities

Manage Partner Relationships: Own and nurture relationships with channel partners, including resellers and integration partners, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor. Expand Partner Network: Proactively identify and recruit new partners through strategic outreach, building a strong pipeline of potential referral opportunities. Drive Growth Through Marketplace Listings: Develop and optimize partner marketplace listings to increase visibility and generate new business. Lead Co-Marketing Initiatives: Collaborate with partners on joint marketing activities, including sales promotions, conferences, webinars, product updates, and email campaigns to drive mutual success. Enhance Partner Engagement: Design and oversee enablement programs, loyalty incentives, and events that empower partners and deepen their engagement. Collaborate for Success: Work closely with internal sales, marketing, and product teams to align strategies and ensure smooth execution of partner programs. Requirements

Background in sales, marketing, or account management; experience in channel or partner management is a plus but not required. Must be a self-starter, with the ability to work well independently and collaborate effectively with a team. Positive attitude that brings enthusiasm and optimism to every task. The ability to create and foster strong and lasting partnerships, with a genuine passion for helping others succeed.
