We’re looking for a dynamic leader to head our Risk & Regulatory Practice—someone entrepreneurial, strategic, and ready to drive growth. What You’ll Do: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of consultants. Oversee client engagements, ensuring exceptional delivery and results. Shape and evolve the practice by integrating innovative tools and frameworks. Market Expertise & Thought Leadership: Be the face of risk and regulatory compliance through publications, panels, and industry events. Stay ahead of regulatory changes (FRB, FDIC, OCC, SEC, etc.) and provide forward-thinking solutions. Leverage your network to deepen client relationships and expand our market presence. Business Development & Revenue Growth: Use your connections and reputation to build a strong pipeline of opportunities. Win new business and grow existing client accounts. Drive revenue through innovative solutions and strategic partnerships. Operational Excellence: Ensure the practice achieves 60% utilization within six months. Manage resources efficiently while delivering top-tier client satisfaction. Continuously refine processes to deliver scalable, value-driven solutions. What We’re Looking For: Proven Leader:

Experience as a Partner or senior leader in consulting or professional services, with a track record of scaling teams and practices. Risk & Regulatory Expertise:

Deep knowledge of risk management and regulatory compliance frameworks, with an ability to engage with C-suite executives and regulators. Entrepreneurial Mindset:

Demonstrated success in driving business growth, meeting ambitious sales targets, and developing innovative solutions. Industry Network:

Established connections within the regulatory, compliance, and risk management communities, with the ability to open doors and create new opportunities. Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields preferred. 10+ years of experience in risk and regulatory compliance, with leadership experience in large-scale consulting engagements.
