Eagle Harbor, LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC and a Federal Government industry leader, is seeking a Project Manager to support our customer in Washington, DC. Responsibilities: Manage and implement the overall program requirements for OFLC Mission Support contract to provide case and administrative services for timely processing of employer applications for permanent and temporary labor certification and requests for prevailing wage determinations authorized under the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA). Oversee the day-to-day case and administrative support services of all contractor staff, including mailroom, data entry, application review and processing, case archiving, records management, helpdesk, and other support services. Supervise, direct, and coordinate the activities and schedules of supervisors/team leads, analyst staff, and other contract staff. Foster a work environment that respects individuals, promotes teamwork and cooperation, and encourages innovation and new ideas. Develop, document, and maintain work processes and rules; assist in developing quality and production goals for the staff and monitor performance. Perform higher order tasks associated with supervised recruitment. Assist with case processing as time and workload demands require. Perform a variety of tasks on any visa program administered by the OFLC, including entering and reviewing applications, assessing employer filing documentation, conducting integrity reviews, performing employer existence checks, conducting prevailing wage determinations, and preparing case files for administrative appeal processes. Coordinate contractor staff activities with National Processing Center Federal Certifying Officer(s) and the NPC Director, and work harmoniously with other contractors at the center. Coordinate with OFLC National Office staff and Center Director to accomplish the work of the center, which may involve assisting with other processing center workloads. Requirements: Ability to pass a pre-employment background check. Five to ten years of experience managing and implementing contract requirements for federal government programs. Five to ten years of related work experience demonstrating analytical and communication skills, both orally and in writing. Bachelor's Degree. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and/or Six Sigma certification are highly desirable. Excellent communication (verbal and written) and customer service skills. Familiarity with OFLC case management and tracking systems, such as iCERT Portal and PERM. Familiarity with processing employer applications for permanent/temporary labor certification and prevailing wage determinations. Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office. HSPD-12 background/PIV check is required. Position located in Washington, DC Apply at:
