Program Manager . The Program Manager will be the Technical Site Lead and will provide effective communication to all levels of staff for reporting project status and will ensure successful delivery of the project. The place of performance for this contract is onsite in Suitland, MD. Responsibilities

Serve as the Site Lead responsible for all work performed under the government contract. Serve as a single point-of-contact for the client regarding operational, technical, and administrative issues relating to the project. Ensure completion of all work on the project, resolve any performance issues, and maintain the deliverables within prescribed time frames and funding parameters. Ensure all project obligations are fulfilled, quality standards are met, and associated expectations of performance are achieved. Manage and control resources, review work discrepancies, and communicate standards and policies. Clearly articulate vision for teams and communicate progress and expectations upward in briefs, data calls, and presentations to external customers. Identify risks and issues and work with the team to develop mitigation strategies. Provide recommendations to update workflows and/or processes to eliminate redundancy and improve efficiency. Speak clearly and honestly to both team members and supervisors regarding task completion needs. Be available to the client via telephone during project core hours Monday through Friday, and respond to technical problem notifications within 24 hours. Meet with client senior management monthly (at a minimum) to discuss progress, exchange information, and resolve emergent technical problems and issues. Provide a monthly status report that includes metrics pertaining to invoicing, schedule, technical progress, deliverable status, and risk information. Oversee all aspects of the project and lead the team on a large and complex project. Analyze new and complex project-related problems and create innovative solutions involving schedule, technology, methodology, tools, and financial management of the project. Consult with the client and team personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverables, ensuring conformance with project task schedules and costs. Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or higher in Information Technology/Cyber Security or a similar field. Minimum 8 years' experience related to project management. Experience managing large government IT projects, with a background in Information Technology. Superior presentation and negotiation skills. Strong management and organizational skills. Adaptable and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Skilled at utilizing project and task management tools (including MS Project and other MS Office tools) to assign resources and track completion. Keen ability to identify and correct at-risk team members, taskers, dependencies, and critical path items. Capable of motivating and sustaining a shared team vision for success. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. PMP or similar training recommended. Emotionally intelligent: connects with team members and knows what motivates them. About Us
