Houston, TX . Compensation: $140-150k salary range (DOE); Guaranteed Bonus 1st Year; Auto & Phone Allowance; Benefits including healthcare insurance / 401(k) / PTO / etc. An ideal candidate must possess a strong work ethic, problem-solving skills, and knowledge of residential construction. Someone will be a great fit if they are from/familiar with the Bowling Green, KY area & knows the local vendors/subs/etc to acclimate more quickly to the operations leader. Production Experience on MULTIPLE Ground-Up Custom Homes Administration of P&L / Financials & Staff Management Sales Management / Production Process with New Home Design & Construction Operations Benefits Provided: 401K with company match Competitive Salary (DOE): $140-150k/year Health insurance benefits program offered Vehicle allowance @ $1000/month Cell phone allowance @ $75/month Vacation and holidays (3 weeks) Compensation: $140,000-$190,000 per year
