Maintenance Manager

to lead our maintenance team, oversee plant equipment reliability, and drive productivity in a fast-paced, industrial environment. What You’ll Do: Ensure the reliability and availability of plant assets and equipment by prioritizing repairs and managing resources effectively. Lead and communicate with the maintenance team to foster a culture of trust, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Direct maintenance, electrical, and engineering operations to meet short- and long-term goals efficiently. Plan and manage maintenance budgets and capital projects, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Develop and implement maintenance processes, spares management, and reliability-focused strategies. Support Environmental, Health, and Safety (EH&S) initiatives, maintaining a safe and compliant workplace. What You Bring: Experience:

5–7 years of maintenance leadership in heavy manufacturing, construction, or mining (lime, minerals, or cement industry experience preferred). Skills:

Strong knowledge of electrical systems, mechanical maintenance, and reliability programs. Previous experience with SAP, lean manufacturing, or reliability systems is a plus. Leadership:

Proven ability to mentor teams, manage competing demands, and drive a culture of proactive asset management. Education:

High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related technical field preferred. Physical Requirements:

Ability to access all plant areas, including confined spaces and heights, and work in challenging environments with exposure to heat, noise, and dust. Why Join Us?
