We are seeking a Flight Account Supervisor to join our team! This position will be responsible for managing the logistics and account management of the flight's services, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional quality of food products for the airlines.
Essential Functions Ensure that all Airline Spec. books are accurate Ensure all Airline specifications are adhered to, including menus, a/c boarding, ramp safety, etc. Coordinate all airline equipment inventories. Establish and maintain a professional business relationship with the customer Prepare dairies and bread Conduct internal spec. checks. Liaison with crew.
Skills and Qualifications
2-3 years of Airline Account Supervisor experience is a plus. Willing to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays Computer literate in Microsoft software is a plus Knowledge of HACCP & FDA guidelines Self-motivated, team leader/builder Good organization & communication skills “Target & Results
