A minimum of 15+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry. Proven experience in managing construction projects in the Commercial space. Strong knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, OSHA guidelines, and building codes. Exceptional leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to make decisions under pressure and solve problems effectively. Proficient in construction management software.
