Senior Project Manager , you will… Lead complex projects as an effective Project Manager. Cultivate, maintain, and foster positive relationships with existing and new clients as well as contractors and consultants. Mentor ZGF staff within both the ZGF Denver office and firmwide as needed. Set direction, in collaboration with each project’s Partner/Principal-in-Charge, Design Partner, Senior Designer, and Project Architect, for project goals and objectives. Engage and collaborate at all levels, including the internal and external design team, clients, and contractors. Create innovative solutions and collaborate in a team environment. Manage complex, multi-phase projects in healthcare, mixed-use, civic, government, institutional research facilities, aviation, sports, and/or higher education. Oversee teams from concept design through construction with a deep understanding of building, zoning, energy codes, ADA, construction standards, and other regulatory requirements. Mentor and manage staff effectively. Contribute to general office-wide initiatives and marketing efforts. Demonstrate motivation in seeking new responsibilities and challenges. Build relationships with clients and consultants with team leaders. Qualifications: Professional Architectural degree and a minimum of 15 years of related experience. Architectural registration is expected. Well-rounded, strategic thinker with an integrated approach to design, management, and technical project resolution. Highly motivated, proactive, passionate, and resilient. Well-organized and detail-oriented. Excellent team communication, design presentation, and storytelling skills. Experience in various building types, materials, technical design, and construction techniques. Significant knowledge and initiative to explore and carry out new or complex assignments. Demonstrated leadership, management, and communication skills. Ability to navigate complex situations requiring diplomacy and interpersonal skills. Ability to help set priorities on projects and motivate individuals. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships outside the project team. Ability to communicate knowledge and experience throughout the Architectural Group. Ability to develop and process fee proposals and contractual agreements for a project. Experience in Design-Build, Design Bid Build, CM/GC, and other project delivery methods. Proficiency in Revit, Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office, and Deltek Vision. Base Salary Range:
