What You’ll Do
Prepare quotes as needed for assigned agents within a given region(s)
Approve quotes up to a maximum amount financed of $750,000.
Accept inbound phone calls from agents and provide outstanding customer service.
Respond and handle all emails in a timely fashion while providing outstanding customer service.
Monitor volume for assigned agents within the portfolio. Take proactive measures to both protect and grow volume as appropriate.
Knowledge/Skills/Background/Experience
0-3 years of insurance or industry experience
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
General computer skills, Salesforce a plus
Compensation
The estimated hourly range for this role is $24.00 - $31.25 along with eligibility to earn a quarterly incentive bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills and experience.
