Identify and assess emerging technologies for Servicing Technology and evaluate their impact in servicing processes. Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy, ensuring it addresses the unique challenges and opportunities of the company. Partner with peer product management teams to define and prioritize product features, enhancements, and digital and Backoffice capabilities that drive customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and business growth. Leverage data analytics to guide product decision-making, measure the impact of digital innovations, and optimize the customer experience across the full lifecycle of Servicing customer journey. Ensure seamless integration of servicing systems (into overall enterprise), enhancing the end-to-end customer journey. Partner closely with internal teams across origination, servicing, operations, technology, legal, and compliance to align on product goals and execute digital initiatives. Present Servicing innovation strategies and roadmaps to the C-suite and senior leadership, ensuring alignment with overall company goals and addressing any regulatory or operational challenges. Champion a customer-centric approach by using digital and back-office tools to improve both the external and internal customer experience in Servicing Technology. Lead efforts to foster a culture of innovation, agility, and digital transformation across the organization, ensuring both origination and servicing teams are aligned on innovation objectives. Promote cross-functional collaboration to encourage new ideas and solutions that drive progress in both Performing and Default servicing technology. Support the development of the product development engineering team, helping them gain expertise related to emerging technologies. EDUCATION & PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in technology, Engineering, or a related field; OR MS or relevant advanced degree is preferred. 10+ years of experience in product engineering, technology innovation, or related fields, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position. Extensive experience in the mortgage industry, particularly in mortgage servicing. Proven track record of leading large transformation initiatives in the financial services, fintech, or mortgage space, including experience in both servicing technologies and product implementation expertise. Experience in managing cross-functional teams, driving digital innovation, and delivering large-scale product initiatives. Familiarity with agile product development engineering methodologies and managing a product engineering portfolio within the mortgage industry. Knowledge of data privacy, cybersecurity, and regulatory requirements affecting digital solutions in the mortgage servicing space.
