Seeking a full time (1.0 FTE) Family Medicine PA to work with a collaborative and compassionate group of Caregivers. Join a clinic utilizing a medical home model of care working directly with a group of clinicians to provide collaborative, evidence-based care while working in a medical clinic with clinicians in family medicine and internal medicine. On-site lab.
