Job Title:
National Disaster Management/Business Continuity
Location: Remote (EST Hours)
Duration: 3-6 Months Contract
Pay Scale: $55.00 - $62.00/hr.
Job Description: Individual contributor on the client incident response and crisis management team. Manages the cross-functional response to incidents that could cause operational, financial, reputational, or regulatory impact. Leads exercises to improve enterprise incident response processes and to strengthen resilience. Demonstrates exceptional writing, facilitation, and instructional skills. Coordinate the enterprise preparation for and response to adverse events that could cause operational, financial, reputational, or regulatory impact. Specifically, facilitate incident response meetings involving stakeholders from across the enterprise. Draft clear and succinct summaries of incidents, workstream progress, obstacles, and next steps for response leaders and executives. Lead exercises to review, challenge, and mature enterprise incident response and crisis management processes. Develop the scenarios, facilitate the discussions, solicit lessons learned, draft the After-Action Reports, and ensure the implementation of improvements. Train and manage the enterprise crisis team and the enterprise incident response team. On a set schedule to be defined after hire, serve as the on-call teammate during nights and weekends. This teammate monitors potential risks to the bank, as well as fields any calls escalating incidents for an enterprise response. Crisis/incident management coordination experience (preparation, facilitation, summary, follow-up, AAR, reporting). Everbridge tool experience, including VCC, manager portal, critical event management. Excel data analysis and reporting. SharePoint administration experience. Preferred college degree; DRI or BCI certification required (CBCP, MBCP, CBCI)
