Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly as they arrive at the Service Department and ensure they feel welcomed and valued. Assist customers in checking in for their service appointments and answer any initial questions they may have. Explore opportunities to discuss the benefits of selling or trading in their current vehicle. Collaborate closely with the sales and service teams to ensure a seamless and satisfying customer experience. Maintain a professional and positive attitude while representing the Toyota brand and Price LeBlanc Toyota. Uphold our dealership's commitment to providing top-notch customer care. QUALIFICATIONS, CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
A valid, unrestricted driver's license (you must be insurable) Must have a valid driver's license for a minimum of 3 years Maintain a clean, acceptable, safe driving record Must be able to pass pre-employment screening requirements which include a drug screen, a background check and a Motor Vehicle Report Be able to read and comprehend instructions and information in the English language
This job requires "people" skills and a genuine desire to service the client. A positive attitude and willingness to be a team member are essential to this position.
