We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a HR Coordinator in the non-profit sector, based in Boca Raton, Florida. As a HR Coordinator, you'll be instrumental in handling various HR functions, including talent acquisition, onboarding, and maintaining efficient HR operations.
Responsibilities:
• Facilitate onboarding processes and ensure new hires' smooth transition into the organization
• Utilize ADP for HR related tasks and manage paperwork efficiently
• Assist in recruitment efforts, working closely with service directors to identify and secure talent
• Conduct background checks as part of the pre-employment screening process
• Support HR initiatives and projects, contributing to the expansion of our operations
• Ensure HR compliance by conducting regular audits
• Manage employee separations and terminations, including drafting and sending relevant letters
• Maintain accurate employee records using HR systems such as Ceridian and Dayforce
• Provide excellent communication and service to employees, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
• Utilize ATS to streamline recruitment and selection processes.• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services is a must.
• Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now is required.
• Knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode is important.
• Experience with Ceridian is beneficial.
• Familiarity with Dayforce is necessary.
• Proficiency in using About Time is expected.
• Auditing skills are essential.
• Experience in performing Background Checks is required.
• Ability to handle Benefit Functions is crucial.
• Strong Communication skills are indispensable.
