ServiceNow Solution Architect

with expertise in

IT Asset Management (ITAM) ,

Hardware Asset Management (HAM) , and

Software Asset Management (SAM)

modules to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, architecting, and delivering solutions using the ServiceNow platform to enhance asset management processes across IT infrastructure and software systems. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow ITAM, HAM, and SAM solutions, ensuring best practices are followed. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define use cases, and translate them into scalable, efficient ServiceNow solutions. Architect, configure, and customize ServiceNow ITAM, HAM, and SAM modules to meet business needs. Manage the entire lifecycle of ServiceNow ITAM, HAM, and SAM implementations from design to deployment. Provide expert-level support and guidance to development teams during the implementation process. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree

in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. ServiceNow ITAM/HAM/SAM Certification

(Required). Minimum of

5-7 years of experience

working with ServiceNow platform, with at least

5-6 years of hands-on experience

in ITAM, HAM, and SAM modules. Strong understanding of IT asset management processes, including hardware, software, and mobile device management. Experience in

ITIL framework

and its integration with ServiceNow for asset management and service management processes. Demonstrated ability to design and deliver solutions in

ServiceNow ITAM ,

HAM , and

SAM

modules. Experience with

ServiceNow Discovery ,

Service Mapping , and integration with other asset management tools is a plus. In-depth knowledge of asset lifecycle management, compliance, and audit best practices. Strong understanding of

ITIL

and best practices in asset management. Familiarity with ServiceNow’s

CMDB ,

Incident ,

Change , and

Problem Management
